Profile Summary
Opus One Gold Corporation is a mining exploration company. It focuses on discovering gold and base metals deposits within strategically located properties in proven mining camps, close to existing mines in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, north-western Quebec and north-eastern Ontario. It holds assets in Val-d'Or and Matagami areas. It owns three properties along the Casa-Berardi-Douay-Cameron deformation corridor in northern Abitibi for a total of 285 claims covering 10,860 hectares (ha). The Noyell property is located in the center of Noyon township, 20 kilometers south of the town of Matagami. It consists of 84 cells covering an area of 4,482.34 ha in the Noyon and Le Tardif townships. The Courville Property is located in NTS 32C/06 in the Vallee-de-l’Or county municipality. La Grande property is located within the La Grande lithium exploration district. The property is located over 70 km to the west of the Corvette discovery and consists of 3 claim blocks covering an area of 1,541 ha.
