The Company owns and manages over 900 individual property units within over 120 separately designated buildings over the mainland United Kingdom. The Company specializes in property investing and managing secondary retail, industrial units and offices, and also owns and manages many residential flats in several town center locations. The primary objective of the Company is to maximize long-term returns for its shareholders by stable growth in net asset value and dividend per share, from a consistent and sustainable rental income stream. Its portfolio is spread across the United Kingdom mainland from Perth in the north to Southampton in the south and Swansea in the west to Hull in the east. It also invests in all sectors of the market, concentrating on commercial property. It also assists smaller to medium-sized companies with sale and leaseback arrangements and through company acquisitions.
