Park Vida Group, Inc. is engaged in developing a sanctuary where families can create memories and enrich their lives in a private community setting. The Company's sanctuary features luxury estates and villas for private ownership built in tandem with an ecological destination resort that offers a range of adventure activities. ParkVida is in a remote location set high in the Dominican Republic's Cordillera Central Mountain Range. The site is spread across 700 acres of tropical terrain on land once host to a coffee plantation. It focuses on developing residences and a destination resort on its property in the Dominican Republic. It also focuses on offering estates and villas on its property for sale to prospective residents, and accommodation in its lodges. JBP SRL is its wholly owned subsidiary.
