PBS Finanse SA (formerly Beef-San Zaklady Miesne SA) is a Poland-based company engaged in the provision of financial services to individuals and corporate customers. The Company offers such services as credit intermediary, provision of loans, financial leasing, as well as advisory services. As of December 31, 2011, it was the parent Company of a capital group, which comprised a 99.58%-owned Carpatia-Invest sp. z o.o. (formerly CARPATIA MEAT Sp. z o.o.) engaged in production of canned meat, distribution of meat products and in financial services, such as transaction supervision, a 99.9%-owned DUET Sp. z o.o. engaged in, production, wholesale and retail trade of food products and beverages, storage and transporting services, as well as provision of loans and financial leasing, and 60%-owned NEWCO Sp. z o.o. that is owner of the social lending type online platform and a provider of management and information technology (IT) consulting services as well as advertising services.
