Profile Summary
Pegmont Mines Limited is an Australia-based company that is engaged in mineral exploration and resource investment. The Company is focused on exploration for gold, lead-zinc and other minerals and equity investments within Australia. It operates various assets in the Mount Isa region, Queensland, at Pegmont, Mount Kelly. The Company's Buckley River Project is located approximately 45 kilometers (km) south of the Mount Kelly Operation, centered on the Anthill Mining Lease (ML 90233). Its royalty projects include Reefway royalty tenements, including the copper-gold Mount Kelly mining leases and associated exploration permits, and the lead-zinc Pegmont mining leases and exploration tenements. Its Canyon tenement is located between Mount Kelly and McLeod Hill copper deposits, which are associated with North-South structure called McNamara Fault. Its Battle Creek and Canyon tenements cover the north and south of the Mount Kelly copper mineralization.
