Profile Summary
Petrol AD is a Bulgaria-based company, engaged in the oil and gas refining and marketing industry. The Company operates a number of petrol depots throughout Bulgaria and numerous petrol stations under the brand Petrol. Through its stations, it sells unleaded gas, euro diesel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), motor and transmission oils, brakes and cooling liquids, spare parts, car accessories and car wash. In addition, the Company's stations offer tire and car repair services, and operate commercial complexes with shops and restaurants. The Company owns laboratories for testing and controlling quality of the petroleum products, as well as a fleet for its products transportation. The Company operates through such subsidiaries as Petrol Trans Express EOOD, Petrol Properties EOOD, Petrol Gas EOOD and Varna Storidzh EOOD, among others.
