Profile Summary

PetroNor E&P Ltd is a full-cycle Africa-focused independent exploration and production (E&P) company with assets in the Republic of Congo, Nigeria, The Gambia and Senegal. The Company holds, through its subsidiary, 2P reserves of approximately 11.19 million barrels (MMbbls) and a production averaging around 2,620 barrels of oil per day (bopd). In addition, it holds a portfolio of exploration licenses in The Gambia and Senegal with the sum of the net mean case, recoverable resources, in more than 3.5 billion barrels of oil. In Senegal, it holds operating interest in licenses, Rufisque Offshore Profond (ROP) and Senegal Offshore Sud Profond (SOSP).
