Philion SE is a Germany-based holding company engaged in the telecommunications services sector. Through its subsidiaries, which include Fexcom GmbH, the Company offers a comprehensive range of telecommunications services for private and business customers in its independent multi-brand store chain. The offering includes mobile telephony, fixed network telephony, digital subscriber line (DSL) services, sale of devices and accessories, smart home systems, insurance and energy products, as well as repair services, among others. The Company is a multi-channel distribution partner for network operators and hardware manufacturers. The Company has more than 150 chain stores present throughout Germany.
