The Company mainly serves Thai financial institutions, as well as government departments and agencies, predominantly in the administrative, telecommunication and utilities sectors. Its IT integrated solutions comprise a comprehensive range of services, from design of IT system, assessment of hardware and/or software options, sourcing, and sale of hardware and/or software (either bundled or separately), system installation and integration to the customers’ core IT system, launch to trial operation, as well as system upgrades for existing IT systems. IT support services are an integral part of its IT solutions services as all IT systems require proper operational and maintenance support after their installation.
