PNB Housing Finance Limited is an India-based housing finance company. The Company provides housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for purchase, construction, repair and upgradation of houses. It also provides loans for commercial space, loans against property and loans for purchase of residential plots. The Company’s product portfolio consists of housing loan, affordable loan, other home loan, and non-home loan. Its housing loan includes home loan, plot loan, home construction loan, and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Its affordable loan includes Roshni home loan. Its other home loans include home extension loan, home improvement loan, non-resident Indians (NRIS) home loan. Its non-home loan includes commercial property loan, loan against property, lease rental discounting and loan for real estate developers. The Company's subsidiaries include PHFL Home Loans and Services Limited, and PEHEL Foundation.
