Profile Summary
Polman SA is a Poland-based provider of professional cleaning services. It offers cleaning, vacuum cleaning, polishing and conservation of floors, furniture, toilets and windows inside of office, industrial and commercial space, as well as building surface and outdoor coverings cleaning. The Company also provides low- and high-pressure hydrodynamics using the stream of water, air and abrasive material in cleaning and polishing of various surfaces, pipelines and concrete. Additionally, it is engaged in the trade of cleaning machinery, including a range of vacuum cleaners, washing aggregates, polishing and scrubbing machines, sweepers and cleaning sets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated one subsidiary, a 84.49%-owned Widar Sp. z o.o. On June 20, 2013, the Company sold its majority stake in Widar Sp. z o.o.
