POLTRONIC SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of electronic components, electronic sub-assemblies and Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) accessories. The Company specializes in mail order sale of electronic parts imported directly from manufacturers in the European Union (EU) and Asia. The Company’s offer is available through mail order sale and through retail sale, as well as through online shop. POLTRONIC SA offers a range of over 80,000 products and sub-assemblies, within over 120 groups, including fly back transformers, integrated circuits, light-emitting diode (LED) bulbs, lasers, capacitors, transistors, cables, wires, transistors, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated two wholly owned subsidiaries, ChengDi Co Ltd and ChengDi Trate Ltd, both based in Hong Kong.
