Power Assets Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the energy and utility-related businesses. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Investment segment is involved in the investment in power and utility-related businesses. The Investment in HKEI segment is involved in the investment in generation and supply of electricity business in Hong Kong. The All Other Activities segment is engaged in the other activities carried out by the Company. The Company’s business insists of generation of thermal and renewable power, the transmission of electricity and oil as well as the distribution of electricity and gas. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, the Netherlands, Portugal and Canada.
