Profile Summary
Precore Gold Corp. is a Canadian junior gold exploration company focused on building a portfolio of exploration projects with gold discovery potential. The Company is focused on their flagship properties, the Arikepay property, in Arequipa, Peru and the Lac Big-Rush property in Chibougamau, Quebec. Its principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of mineral property assets. It owns a total of 49 claims (2,712 hectares) in the Chibougamau mining camp, Eeyou-Istchee Baie-James territory. The Arikepay Property is located 40 km from the Pacific Ocean in the coastal region of the Arequipa department in southern Peru. The Property is located about 110 km south of the city of Arequipa in southern Peru and about 45 km south of the Cerro Verde Cu-Mo porphyry deposit. The Lac Big-Rush Property is located along the east-west Faribault and Croteau inverse faults and shears, and is included in a gold bearing area, neighboring to the west of Iamgold’s Croteau Project.
