Profile Summary
Princeton Capital Corporation is an externally managed, non-diversified, closed-end investment company. The Company's investment objective is to maximize the total return to its stockholders in the form of current income and capital appreciation through debt and related equity investments in private small and lower middle-market companies. The Company originates and invests primarily in private small and lower middle-market companies through first lien loans, second lien loans, unsecured loans, unitranche and mezzanine debt financing, and corresponding equity investments. The Company has investments in approximately four portfolio companies. The Company focuses on a variety of industry sectors, including business services, energy, general industrial, government services, healthcare, software, and specialty finance. The Company's investment adviser is House Hanover, LLC.
