The services provided by the Company include enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, business solutions, business intelligence tools, as well as networks, security and telecommunication solutions. It operates through its subsidiaries, such as Prodware Belgium SA, Prodware Luxembourg, RentaSoft and Prodware Tunisie, maXimum ERP, Qurius Spain and Qurius Belgium, among others. The Company formed partnerships with AxPact, Watermark/Qurius Global Alliance, Dell, Microsoft Dynamics, Orange Business Services, Cisco Systems and other. In July, 2013, the Company transferred its non strategic activities of sale and integration of PTC software solutions to 4CAD GROUP, which is a French company whose business activity is focused on PTC solutions integration.
