Profile Summary
PS Tec. Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electric power equipment and automobile parts. The Company produces induction-type watt hour meters, electronic watt hour meters, power controls, electronic maximum observed frequency (MOF), automatic meter reading (AMR) systems including AMR servers, information collectors, repeaters and integrated watt hour meters, and equipment meters for industrial and family use. It also produces cooling fan assemblies, housings, direct current (DC) fan motors and compact motors for automobiles under the brand name PS Tec. On June 25, 2013, the Company sold its entire shares of DENSO PS ELECTRONICS CORP, which is mainly engaged in the vehicle machine and electrical products business.
