Profile Summary
PureBase Corporation is an industrial mineral and natural resource company. It acquires, develops, and markets minerals for use in agriculture, construction, and other specialty industries. It provides solutions to the agriculture and construction materials markets in the United States, through its two subsidiaries, Purebase AG, and Purebase AM. It develops specialized fertilizers, sun protectants, soil amendments and bio-stimulants for organic and non-organic sustainable agriculture. It has also developed additional products derived from mineralized materials of leonardite, kaolin clay, laterite, and other natural minerals. Its Shade Advantage WP is a natural mineral plant protectant that reduces sunburn damage to plant tissue (including fruits, such as watermelons, citrus, tomatoes, apples and cherries and walnuts) exposed to UV and infrared radiation through the absorption and dissipation of ultraviolet and infrared radiation, which protects and reduces the stress on plants.
