Profile Summary
PWR Holdings Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company and its subsidiaries are involved in the design, engineering, production, testing, validation and sales of customized cooling products and solutions to the motorsports, automotive original equipment manufacturing (OEM), automotive aftermarket, aerospace and defense, and industrial industries for domestic and international markets. It operates through two segments: PWR Performance Products and PWR C&R. The PWR Performance Products segment is engaged in designing and manufacturing high-end motorsports, OEM, aerospace and defense, and automotive aftermarket products for non-United States markets. The PWR C&R segment offers its products primarily for the United States market. Its products include tube and fin heat exchangers, bar and plate heat exchangers, liquid cold plates, micro matric heat exchangers, and others. Its performance aftermarket products include radiators, intercoolers, transmission oil coolers, and others.
