Profile Summary
Pyxus International, Inc. is a global agricultural company delivering value-added products and services to businesses and customers. The Company is a provider of responsibly sourced, independently verified, sustainable, and traceable products and ingredients, principally leaf tobacco. It is also engaged in the sale of e-liquids and non-tobacco agriculture products. Its leaf tobacco business is principally comprised of sales of processed leaf tobacco, and processing and related services to manufacturers of tobacco products. Its leaf tobacco operations deal primarily in flue-cured, burley, and oriental tobaccos that are used in international cigarette brands. In connection with its leaf tobacco operations, it uses a track and trace platform, branded as SENTRI. It processes tobacco in Company-owned and third-party facilities around the world, including in Argentina, Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Macedonia, Malawi, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, United States, and Zimbabwe.
