Profile Summary
Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (the Trust) is an Australia-based registered managed investment scheme. The Trust's investment objective is to achieve the target return, and provide monthly cash income, capital preservation and portfolio diversification. The Trust's investment strategy is focused on providing monthly income and capital preservation by investing in a portfolio of investments that offers exposure to real estate loans secured by first and second mortgages, predominantly located in Australia and from time to time in New Zealand. Amounts raised by the Trust are invested in the Qualitas Wholesale Real Estate Income Fund. The Trust's investment manager is QRI Manager Pty Ltd.
