Quebec Rare Earth Elements Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company, which is focused on Rare Earth Elements (REE), primarily in the favorable mining jurisdiction of Quebec. Its Carcajou Property is located 75 kilometers (km) NW of the town of St-Felicien, Saguenay area, Quebec, which lies on the western shores of Lac St-Jean. Its Lynx Property is located 15 km north of Dolbeau-Mistassini and 90 km northwest of Saguenay, Quebec. It has 45 claims covering 4,577 hectares. It is also located 65 km SE of the Carcajou Property. Its Starr Gold-Silver Project is located within the gold-silver-rich Shebandowan Greenstone Belt. Its Richview Pine Project is located in Northwestern Ontario, positioned in the eastern portion Thunder Bay Mining Division. It has a 100% interest in the Sammy Ridgeline Project and is located within the Thunder Bay Mining Division in northwestern Ontario in the northern part of the Proterozoic Midcontinent Rift region.
