Profile Summary
Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc. is engaged in the production of cellulose specialties, a natural polymer used in the manufacturing of various specialty chemical products, including liquid crystal displays, filters, textiles and performance additives for pharmaceutical, food and other industrial applications. Its segments include High Purity Cellulose, Paperboard, and High-Yield Pulp. The High Purity Cellulose segment is engaged in the production of cellulose specialties, which are primarily used in dissolving chemical applications that require a highly purified form of cellulose. The Paperboard segment manufactures paperboard that is used for packaging, printing documents, brochures, promotional materials, paperback book and catalog covers, file folders, tags and lottery tickets. The High-Yield Pulp segment manufactures and markets high-yield pulp, which paper manufacturers use to produce paperboard, packaging, printing and writing papers and a variety of other paper products.
