The Company’s segments include Manufacture in Textiles and Manufacturer of Construction & Engineering. The Manufacture in Textiles segment incorporates the product group, including dyeing and processing of knitted fabrics and processing/knitting of yarn, and manufacture of knitted fabric. The Manufacturer of Construction & Engineering segment incorporates the product group, such as prefabricated steel building in complete knock-down (CKD) condition, tabular steel poles, structure for mining, drop rods, angles, shapes and section. The Company’s manufacturing unit for textiles is in the city of Faridabad. Its subsidiary is Richa Krishna Constructions Private Limited.
