Profile Summary
Ridgewood Canadian Investment Grade Bond Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-end investment fund. The Fund invests primarily in Investment Grade bonds issued by Canadian issuers available to domiciled investors. The Fund may invest up to 10% of the portfolio in the United States investment grade bonds and from time to time, the Fund may hold cash and cash equivalents. The portfolio of securities of the Fund may be invested primarily in Investment Grade Bonds issued by Canadian issuers available to domiciled investors. The Fund may invest up to 35% of the Portfolio in Investment Grade Bonds issued by non-Canadian issuers. Ridgewood Capital Asset Management Inc is a manager and trustee of the Fund.
