RISMA Systems A/S offers an all-in-one software suite for all Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) initiatives, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Information Security Management System (ISMS), risk management, financial controls and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. RISMA has developed its own platform, which supports any area within governance, risk, and compliance. Tasks managed in the platform include among others: Risk Management, Financial Controls and other recurring tasks, such as Vendor Management, Incident Management, Governance of Outsourcing Arrangements. The Company serves clients primarily in Denmark. Its customers cover both the private and public sector with a majority being mid-sized organizations between 100 to 15,000 employees. The Company has offices in Denmark, Norway and Ukraine.
