Profile Summary
Rocky Mountain Industrials, Inc. is a materials infrastructure and distribution company, which is engaged in operating industrial assets in the United States, including minerals, materials and services. The Company's segments include Aggregates and Rail Park. The Aggregates segment produces chemical grade limestone for use in the aggregates market. The Rail Park segment consists of land under development to provide a rail terminal and services facility. It operates the mid-continent quarry in Garfield County, Colorado. It produces chemical-grade calcium carbonate that serves local and regional customers in a variety of end markets, including mining, manufacturing, construction, agriculture and other. The mid-continent quarry, which is located outside the city of Glenwood Springs, consists of approximately 44 unpatented mining claims controlled by the Company. The Company produces and sells approximately 21,578 and 26,356 tons of high-calcium limestone, from the mid-continent quarry.
