Profile Summary
Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The Trust’s outlets are located in the cities of Chongqing, Hefei and Kunming. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest principally, directly, or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate, primarily comprised of retail outlet malls, as well as real estate related assets, with an initial focus in Asia. The Company’s segments include Chongqing Sasseur Suge Apparel Joint Stock Co., Ltd. (Chongqing Liangjiang Outlets); Sasseur (Chongqing) Business Co., Ltd. (Chongqing Bishan Outlets); Hefei Sasseur Commercial Management Co., Ltd. (Hefei Outlets); and Kunming Sasseur Commercial Management Co., Ltd. (Kunming Outlets). The Trust is managed by Sasseur Asset Management Pte. Ltd.
