Profile Summary
Scandinavian Brake Systems A/S (SBS) is a Denmark-based company engaged in the manufacture of industrial and automotive parts. The Company’s activities are divided into three divisions: SBS Automotive, which produces, remanufactures and distributes brake parts and related wear parts for the automotive aftermarket; SBS Friction, which is responsible for the development, manufacturing and distribution of brake components and friction materials for motorcycles and related vehicles, as well as for wind turbines and other specialized areas; and Notox, offering the production and sale of filters, which reduce particle emission from diesel motors. It operates primarily within the European market. Furthermore, the Company is a parent of SBS Automotive A/S, SBS Deutschland GmbH, SBS Friction A/S and Notox Holding A/S.
