Profile Summary
The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc. is engaged in providing business process outsourcing solutions and third-party administration services to the property and casualty insurance industry. The Company’s claims services include multi-line desk adjusting and field services, catastrophe management services and subrogation and recovery services. The Company’s other services include policy services, billing and payment processing services, contact center and accounting services. In multi-line desk adjusting and field services, the Company manages all field services needed for claim adjudication, such as service levels are managed through Guidewire ClaimCenter. Its Policy Services provide carriers with back-office support throughout all stages of the policy lifecycle from policy processing, rating, and underwriting to policy issuance and customer support. It provides flexible billing methods, multiple payment plan options, agency commissions, and daily and monthly reconciliations and reporting.
