SG Group Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the design and purchase of apparels. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Supply of Apparel Products segment supplies apparel products with designing and sourcing services to fashion retailers. The Consultation Services segment provides consultation services to the manufacturers, including assisting them to comply with corporate social responsibility standards requirements, providing fashion trends forecast analysis, design specification and introducing potential customers.
