Shaftesbury Capital PLC is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust, which invests in London’s West End, including Covent Garden, Carnaby, Soho, and Chinatown. The Company’s property portfolio is a diverse mix of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, residential and offices. Its properties are close to the main West End Underground stations and transport hubs for the Elizabeth Line. Its Covent Garden portfolio spans approximately 1.4 meter square feet of lettable space across historic streets and courtyards and is home to 227 retail stores, as well as 193 food and beverage concepts. Carnaby and Soho is an internationally renowned district with a bustling day-to-night restaurant scene. This portfolio comprises approximately 0.9 million square feet of space, which consists of over 145 shops and 101 food and beverage concepts. Its subsidiaries are 20 The Piazza Limited, C&C Properties UK Limited, Capco Covent Garden Limited, and others.
