Profile Summary
Shanaya Limited is a Singapore-based home-grown waste management company. The principal activity of the Company is provision of management and office administration services and investment holdings. The Company is engaged in the collection, transfer, and disposal of waste for industrial and commercial clients, primarily serving the shipping and cruise industries in Singapore. It owns and operates two waste management facilities. It provides general waste and e-waste collection, sorting, Bio-medical waste management, construction west management, treatment and disposal of selected toxic industrial waste, and explosives (pyrotechnics) management services. It is also focused on provision of waste management and disposal services to industrial and commercial clients and the sales of recyclable materials. The Company’s subsidiary includes Shanaya Environmental Services Pte Ltd (SES). Shanaya Environmental Services Pte Ltd is engaged in collection of waste and waste management.
