Shing Chi Holdings Ltd, formerly Ri Ying Holdings Ltd, is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the construction contracting businesses. The Company operates its business through five segments. The Foundation and Site Formation Works segment includes piling works, excavation and lateral support works (ELS) works, pile cap construction and ground investigation works. The Health Management and Consultancy Business segment mainly includes sales of health products and health management software development. The Other Construction Works segment includes slope works and demolition works. The General Building Works and Associated Services segment mainly includes development of superstructures, alteration and addition works. The Construction Related Consultancy Services segment provides engineering consulting on construction designs and works supervision, as well as construction contract administration services.
