It has four Business Areas: Gas Services (GS), Grid Technologies (GT), Transformation of Industry (TI) and Siemens Gamesa (SG). Gas Services provides activities relating to gas and steam turbines such as producing new gas and steam turbines. Grid Technologies demand growth of electricity, electrification, decarbonization, and digitalization which includes high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission systems, grid connections for offshore wind farms and many more. The Transformation of Industry focuses on reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in industrial processes. Siemens Gamesa offers the design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation of products. The Company also provides services including management, operation and maintenance.
