Sim Leisure Group Ltd. is a Malaysia-based designer, developer and operator of theme parks. The Company's business segments include its Theme Parks, Licensee Operator, Design and Contracting Through Granting Intellectual Property (IP) Rights, and Attractions and Safety Audit. The Company owns theme parks/leisure brands and intellectual property, which includes ESCAPE Theme Park, ESCAPE Challenge Park and ESCAPE Base Camp. The Company is the licensee of KidZania Kuala Lumpur, which operates the indoor theme park. The Company is engaged in designing and building theme parks worldwide. It provides these services through Sim Leisure Creative Pte. Ltd. by granting its IP rights to Sim Leisure Gulf Contracting LLC. The Company's subsidiary, Sim Leisure Milan Sdn Bhd, provides various services, which include safety integration into design and build of rides, safety audits and safety equipment agent.
