The Company is a shipping group, which offers ship owning, ship management, ship agency and terminal operations, and logistics services. The Company operates through two segments: Ship owning and Agency and logistics. The Ship owning segment includes ship owning and ship management. The Agency and logistics segment includes shipping agency, terminal operations, warehousing and logistics services. The Company’s vessels include Boheme, Sirius Leader, Capricornus Leader, Centaurus Leader, and Taurus Leader. Its logistics services include international sea / airfreight forwarding, door-to-door delivery, vessel / aircraft charters, customs clearance and documentation, arrange for certificate of origin, carnet shipment, distribution, warehousing and storage, cross trade shipment, project management, and packing and re-packing of spare parts and container stuffing.
