Profile Summary
SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) is a Canada-based trust, which receives distribution income from its investment in the SIR Royalty Limited Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund holds an investment in SIR Corp (SIR). SIR owns a portfolio of approximately 54 Concept Restaurants and Signature Restaurants in Canada. The Concept Restaurants include Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill and Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar. The Signature Restaurants are Reds Square One, which operates an Abbey's Bakehouse retail outlet and the Loose Moose Tap and Grill. SIR also owns one Edna + Vita and two Duke’s Refresher restaurants located in downtown Toronto. The Abbey's Bakehouse is a seasonal restaurant in Muskoka, Ontario. The Fund is a trust governed by the laws of the province of Ontario that receives distribution income from its investment in the SIR Royalty Limited Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan.
