Profile Summary
Solar Company SA is a Poland-based company engaged in apparel industry. It produces and sells women’s clothing, apparel and accessories, such as bags, strips, caps, huts, scarves, gloves, sunglasses, umbrellas and jewelry under the brand name Solar. It distributes its products through the network of 72 own retail shops, 15 franchise stores and 147 partner shops in Poland, Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Slovakia, Lithuania and Belarus, among others. As of March 16, 2011, the Company formed a capital group, consisting of PHU Solar Sp. z o.o., Solar Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. and Solar Franczyza Sp. z o.o.
