Profile Summary
Sound Point Meridian Capital, Inc. is an externally managed, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. It seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing primarily in third-party collateralized loan obligations (CLO) equity and mezzanine tranches of predominately United States dollar denominated CLOs backed by corporate leveraged loans issued primarily to United States obligors. It may also invest in other securities and instruments including, among other investments, junior debt tranches of CLOs and loan accumulation facilities. Sound Point Capital Management, LP is the investment manager of the Company.
