South China Holdings Co Ltd is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the merchandises trading and manufacturing business. The Company operates through four segments. The Trading and Manufacturing segment is engaged in the trading and manufacture of merchandises, including toys, footwear products and leather products. The Property Investment segment is engaged in property investment and property development. The Agriculture and Forestry segment is engaged in the cultivation of fruit trees and crops, the rearing of livestock and aquatic products, forestation and the sales of relevant agricultural products. The Other segment is engaged in the management businesses related to the Company’s investment holding.
