Collectively, these properties feature approximately 500 hotel rooms and suites as well as restaurants, conference rooms, spas and golf courses. The Company’s hotel in Padova, Italy is Ripa Hotel and Resort Spa. The Company’s hotels and resorts in Padova, Italy include Galzignano Terme Golf and Resort, Hotel Sporting, Hotel Splendid, Radisson Blu Hotel Majestic and Hotel Green Park (under renovation).
