Profile Summary
ST Group Food Industries Holdings Limited is an Australia-based investment holding company. The Company’s food and beverage retails segment includes operations with respect to all franchise and its owned restaurants and stores. The supply chain segment primarily includes the manufacturing, procurement and distribution of food, equipment and supplies to restaurants and stores from the Group’s supply chain center operations in Australia. The franchise segment primarily includes operations related to its franchising business. The franchise segment includes sub-franchised and sub-licensed outlets. It holds the exclusive franchise and license rights to six international brands, namely, PappaRich, NeNe Chicken, Gong Cha, Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart, IPPUDO and iDarts, in various territories. It has also developed four of its own brand concepts. It has about 10 brands under its umbrella, and a total of 185 outlets in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and England, United Kingdom.
