Stamford Land Corporation Ltd is a Singapore-based investment holding company. It is an independent owner and operator of luxury hotels in Australia, and an established real estate developer and investor. The Company has five reportable segments. The Hotel owning and management segment which possesses the ownership and management of hotels. The Property development segment which is engaged in the development, construction, and trading in properties. The Property investment segment is focused on holding of properties for rental income and/or capital appreciation. The Trading segment manages interior decoration companies and a travel agency. The Others segment manages corporate services for the Company, treasury functions and investments in securities. The Company owns and operates multiple portfolios of luxury, high-end Stamford Hotels in cities and prime locations throughout Australia, including Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
