The Company includes the provision of services to Steadfast Network brokers, the distribution of insurance policies via insurance brokerages and underwriting agencies, and related services. Its segments include Broking, Underwriting Agencies, International, Technology, Complementary and Head Office. Its Complementary businesses comprise IQumulate Premium Funding, Steadfast Business Solutions, Steadfast Risk Group, Goldseal and Meridian Lawyer. It owns a portfolio of approximately 30 underwriting agencies providing specialist insurance products in niche market segments to the open market. It also owns Lloyds broking house, HWS Specialty, offering wholesale placement for brokers and agents around the world as well as direct insurance solutions. Its portfolio includes personal insurance, strata insurance, commercial property, liability and others.
