Sunland Group Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in residential property development and construction. The Company's segments include Residential Housing and Urban Development and Multi-Storey developments. The Residential Housing and Urban Development segment comprises medium-density integrated housing developments and land subdivision. The Multi-Storey segment comprises medium-rise apartment projects generally between five and 15 stories, and high-rise developments above 15 stories. The Company's projects include Montaine Residences and the Lanes Residences. The Lanes Residences is a collection of four waterfront apartment buildings in the heart of the central Gold Coast. Its portfolio presents a diverse anthology of architecture and urban design, infused with a vibrant community spirit. Its collection features architectural freestanding and terraced homes, and apartments in key growth areas along Australia’s east coast.
