The Company's projects consist of 272 Hedges Avenue, Montaine Residences, The Lanes Residences, and The Lanes Retail Village. 272 Hedges Avenue's home designs include a selection of two-bedroom plus media room, and three-bedroom plus media room apartments, sky homes, sub-penthouses, and penthouses. The Lanes Retail Village includes retail laneways interwoven with a food market hall, cafe, food and beverage; a medical and wellbeing hub; office space; and lakeside community Green.
