Profile Summary
Surface Metals Inc., formerly ACME Lithium Inc., is a Canada-based company engaged in precious metals and lithium exploration, development, and production. The Company’s Cimarron Gold Project is located at the north end of the San Antonio Mountains in the historic San Antonio (Cimarron) Mining District, approximately 18 miles north of Tonopah in Nye County, Nevada. It comprises approximately 31 unpatented lode mining claims near the historic San Antonio Mine workings and immediately adjacent ground. Through its subsidiaries, ACME Lithium US Inc. and ACME Lithium Canada Inc., the Company is advancing multiple lithium projects. Two are found in a highly prospective region for lithium production in Clayton Valley and Fish Lake Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada, United States, and another two project areas in the pegmatite fields of the Bird River Greenstone Belt near the TANCO lithium, cesium and tantalum (LCT) mine in southeastern Manitoba, Canada.
