Tak Lee Machinery Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the selling and leasing of heavy equipment. Along with its subsidiaries, the Company mainly operates its business through three segments. The Sales of Heavy Equipment and Spare Parts segment is mainly engaged in the sales of excavators, bulldozers, hoisting cranes, elevated platforms, generators, and other new and second-hand heavy equipment and parts, among others. The Heavy Equipment Leasing segment is mainly engaged in the business of leasing heavy equipment. The Maintenance and Auxiliary Services segment is mainly engaged in the provision of maintenance and auxiliary services to users of earthmoving equipment. The Company mainly sells heavy machinery of Hitachi, LaBounty, Ramfos, and other brands.
