Profile Summary
Tax Net SA is a Poland-based company active in the business support sector. The Company offers consultancy, bookkeeping, books of accounts, payroll services, training courses in such areas as labor law, employee benefit fins, and time management, as well as translations in areas of finance, banking, accounting and law documents. The Company also implements information technology (IT) systems and offer administration and maintenance of software. The Company operates through a network of eight offices located in Katowice, Bytom, Zabrze, Mikolow, Tarnowskie Gory, Tychy and Warsaw. On April 18, 2014, the Company acquired 100% stake in Ground Frost Sp z o o. On June 26, 2014, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Euroin BRP Sp z o o and Almanach Consulting Sp z o o.
