Profile Summary
Tectonic Metals Inc. is a Canada-based gold exploration company, The Company's principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of mineral exploration and evaluation assets in the United States. Its projects include Tibbs project and Flat Gold Project. The Tibbs project is located in the Goodpaster Mining District, approximately 175 kilometers (km) southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska, and 35 km east of the Northern Star Resources’ Pogo Mine. The property covers approximately 29,280 acres of highly prospective geology, hosting over 25 target areas and historic lode gold production in three locations. The Flat Gold Project consists of approximately 99,800 acres of Doyon land. The Flat Gold Project hosts bulk-tonnage, intrusion-related gold mineralization at the mining district in Alaska.
